Potomac Associates believes the confidentiality is one of the most important responsibility in our business. Our work is based on the trust with our clients and prospective candidates. We respect confidential information entrusted to us.

  1. Client Information
    We agree to keep our client's confidential information which we learn during our search process strictly confidential. We also agree to keep the information non-disclosed after the completion of search assignment.
    We are responsible to inform our employees of the confidentiality of the client information. We have Non-Disclosure Agreement between the firm and our employees to ensure the confidentiality.
    We do not disclose our client names and our projects to public during and after the search assignment without the client consent.
    When we agree to take new search assignments with companies, we may need to disclose the name of our clients as OFF-LIMIT companies to avoid conflicts. In that case, we do not disclose the reason for the remark.
  2. Disclosure of Client Information during Search Process During our search assignment, we agree to disclose our client name to the prospective candidates only when we see the potential in those candidates for the position.
    We inform our candidates to handle the client information confidential.
  3. Individual Information
    We agree to keep our candidate's individual private information which we learn during our search process strictly confidential. We only disclose the information to our client only when the candidate agrees to do so.
    We are responsible to inform our employees of the confidentiality of the candidate information. We have Non-Disclosure Agreement between the firm and our employees to ensure the confidentiality
